A long time citizen of Asia and a French-national, Philippe has over 20 years of training experience, beginning with team building accreditation.  He was the founder of Hyatt’s experiential training program at the Hyatt Regency Macau in 1993, the first of its kind in South East Asia.  After successfully establishing the Hyatt training business as a multi-million dollar operation, Philippe’s energy and entrepreneurial spirit saw him venture out into his own business. Passionate about people development and psychology, Philippe built ACT in 2002, establishing long term partnerships with large corporations. Philippe is a recipient of the Ordre National du Mérite Agricole (France).
